3 rooms were reserved and one was still dirty at check in. We needed that room because it was ajoining but was told that it wasn't there fault. Really the room was stated clean but we found it used and diry. Then telling us housekeepers were gone but yiu could see one on 1st gloor. After 20 minutes of standing firm that i needed that room, a fontdesk agent finally did go clean it. It wasn't my pronlem that the room was dirty but it was yiur job to accommodate my reservations. Hereing them in tha back office laughing about this situation was very unprofessional plus we seen the housekeeping supervisor leave from back office. The situation could of been handled by her just going to clean room 144. Our stay after that was very nice.

Easy check in, we found the room to be a bit small and asked to upgrade to a larger room, they could not accommodate us because we were staying 10 days, they said the other rooms were already booked. After the 3rd day our room had yet to be cleaned, so I inquired at the desk and was told that there was a do not clean request on our reservation, it was quickly corrected after my inquiry.

The experience at this Fairfield Inn has been excellent. It is very quiet as I never heard a door slam on my floor. And, the breakfast is exceptional with fresh cooked eggs and other items, as well as cereal and fruit. This will be my go-to hotel in Milwaukee.
