The lobby beautiful. The elevator was broke, we took stairs. The building is in poor shape. Our room was terrible condition. Tv did not work. Bathroom had missing tiles behind floor trim. Tub was stained and chipped. The vent fan did function properly, hair dryer was bent. The entire building smelt like over used air freshner. Breakfast was terrible. I would never stay at another Quality Suites hotel.

The rooms are showing a need for remodeling, the bathroom could use a good going over no lamp covers on the light bar, just overall attention to detail is the best way to say it.
