Top Lage, gute Ausstattung, wir haben uns sehr woh gefühlt! Es gab nur ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die besser sein könnten, genau genommen daher 4,5 Sterne, nur ein halber Stern Abzug. :)

Excellent séjour !

Cet appartement est très bien aménagé et très spacieux. Sécurisé pour les enfants, la terrasse se ferme de l intérieur par un loquet. Les fumeurs pourront le faire abrités par le balcon au dessus même lorsque il pleut par contre le manteau reste de rigueur à cause du vent de bord de mer (pour nous début mai bien sûr) Venant de loin (60) Cyril et Nathalie ont été très arrangeant concernant notre arrivée tardive et notre départ avancé. Ce sont des personnes très attentionnées envers leur locataires et je les remercie pour ce beau séjour avec mon mari ma mère min beau père et notre TINNY qui bien n est pas trop sortie a cause de l animation de la rue et des chiens mais qui a fait quelques promenades en laissé dans le petit parc à côté de l appartement. Pour finir, si vous avez oublié de prendre quelque chose que ce soit pour l entretien, pour les premiers repas pour la lecture ou les jeux, Nathalie a pensé à tout et bien au delà de ce que l on trouve normalement dans une location. La boulangerie est a deux pas, la plage un peu plus loin et le centre ville avec restaurants, magasins, glaciers, superette... Sont à 500m. Le marché de Mimizan est le vendredi et il y a un excellent fromager très jovial près des marchands de fleurs ainsi qu un délicieux gâteau basque et puit d amour au camion de monsieur Delcroix sans oublier les incontournables asperges des landes à goûter si vous ne l avez jamais fait ! Nous reviendrons ici avec grand plaisir si nous devons séjourner à Mimizan :)

Très bon séjour

De l'arrivée au départ, Cyril et sa compagne ont été présents dès que cela a été nécessaire, ce qui est très appréciable. L'accueil est très chaleureux et ils nous ont mis à l'aise très rapidement. Le logement est très bien conçu pour venir entre amis ou famille. La plage et la ville étant très facile d'accès a pied. Le logement correspond parfaitement au description. Nous avons passés un très bon séjour.

Logement confortable et bel emplacement

L'appartement est neuf, propre et très bien équipé. Nos hôtes nous ont réservé le meilleur accueil et sont restés disponibles durant notre séjour. L'appartement est au calme, proche de tout ! Océan, forêt, commerces à proximité. Une boulangerie à 2 pas pour les "chocolatines" du matin et le pain tout chaud!! Nous vous recommandons ce séjour.

Nous avons passer un agréable séjour avec 4 amis, l’accueil fus très chaleureux. La plage et les commerces à proximité évite de prendre la voiture ce qui est très avantageux. Appartement toujours à l’ombre ce qui laisse celui ci toujours frais à l’intérieur. Location à recommandé.

C'est la première fois que je réserve et je compte bien renouveler l'expérience. Tout est à proximité À l'arrivée nous avions tout pour commencer ( café, sucre pâtes, brioche landaise et jus offert part les propriétaires, brosse à dents, gel douche etc...) Au top Nous avons choisi cette location car elle est située tout juste à côté de la boulangerie des Ailes mais aussi proche de la mer, du supermarché etc.... Je vous conseille donc cette location les yeux fermés.
