In the commune of Mimizan, the Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 24 m² flat with a sea view, less than a kilometer from the beach, which can accommodate up to 5 people. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 14 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a sleeping area and a shower room. Sheets and towels are included. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation includes :
- A 14 m² living room with TV and a double sofa bed (160×200)
- A dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A sleeping area: with a bunk bed (1 double bed (140×190) below and 1 single bed above)
- A shower room with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 7 m² balcony with furniture (1 table, 4 chairs and 2 sun loungers) to enjoy the fine weather. The loggia is covered by a vertical awning. Ocean view from the balcony.
The flat is ideally located in Mimizan, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park (one space available).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:

Labouheyre station 35 km away (40 min by car) - Station linked by bus to Mimizan
Bordeaux railway station, 124 km away (1h45 by car)
- Nearest airport :
