The house is designed for outdoor living with its two extra large covered porches overlooking the river. The 4BR/3 BA house has a large kitchen that is fully stocked. The property is level and has easy access into the water for those who want to fish, paddle board, kayak, or float. There are 3 T.V.s, One is located in the living room, downstairs master bedroom, and the upstairs master suite. The laundry room is large and located just off of kitchen for easy convenience. House has internet, but who wants that when you can be outside enjoying nature! Property can be rented as a wedding venue for a 50 guest or under wedding party for $3,500. Ask owner about event charge.
