*Three-night minimum stay for Memorial Day Weekend, 4th of July, Labor Day Weekend, entire month of October into early November.
*Four-night minimum stay for Thanksgiving and Christmas.

*Rates are based on 2 bedrooms up to 4 guests. Additional bedrooms are $40/per room/per night for a maximum of 8 guests.
