The most nastiness place I have ever stayed

This place was the most run down, dirty place, I have ever stayed at in my life!!! The carpets were sticky and gross, to the point I wore my shoes to get up and use the bathroom during the night! The remote had the back missing, dirty ceiling, and just overall a run down hole in the wall place to stay for the price I paid!!! You need to update or at least clean!!!

The front desk associate running this hotel was extremely rude, made my family pay for a whole seperate room just because they had a dog they had already paid a pet fee and he refused to refund the other room. Once the manager came they got a refund but it was ridiculous! Also the room was filthy, stains and holes everywhere will never stay here again.

Pool was cold, terrible seating around the pool. Air conditioning in our room wasn't working properly. Curtains falling off the rods. Room smelled terrible. Toilet was sweating. Cabinet that holds the refrigerator was chipped up terrible under it. You could see it at the bottom of the refrigerator.

Very outdated, uncomfortable hotel

Hotel in dire need of updates with stained old carpet, mattress sagged, old, unsupportive & springs squeaked. They painted over picture hangers & never hung pictures back up 🙄 breakfast edible but nothing to make note of. Staff was friendly though & we fortunately only needed to stay one night

Great time had!!!

Motel was a little older, but clean. Staff was super courteous and attentive. Area was quiet and monitored with cameras. Pool was clean. Hot tub was a little cold, but clean. Close to restaurants and stores. A very pleasant stay!! Definitely recommended!!!

This property is extremely old! It appears zero updates have occurred over the years. The carpet was stretched, damp, and filthy. The a/c units spewed damp, mildewy smell. We ended up leaving after arriving back to the hotel from a wedding.

Will not be staying again

First appearance from the parking lot you could tell it was unkempt and not the most inviting. Check in process was easy. Upon entering the king suite room, it smelled HORRIBLE. For a non-smoking room, it was an ashtray. Desk clerk gave a tiny "air purifier" for us to use but after a few hrs asked for it back for someone else who also complained. There was only 1 bath towel available (although we were given more when we asked for them). The sofa sleeper mattress should not be considered a sleeping option-so used and uncomfortable. There were different men (one was an employee) sleeping on the lobby couch every morning. Milk during breakfast was chunky although not expired. Yogurt tasted funny. Our room was on the second floor. The window had no screen on it. Looking outside from the window, there was garbage, patio chairs, an area not mowed.

I'll start by saying that the staff people were friendly and helpful. With regard to the facility itself, the lighting was low. Higher output LED lights would have made the experience much better, with little cost to the management. Only one light of two above the sink was lit. On my first night of three, the shower drain was largely plugged. I reported that the next day, and the problem was solved for the next day. The toilet slowly ran water the whole time, which I think should be a concern for the proprietors, who pay for the water usage. A pool of water eventually appeared around the toilet. Service of the rooms is minimal. It appears to be limited to replacement of used towels and washcloths (this is not due to the workers there, who receive their instructions from management). One of the electrical outlets under the desk/table was dead. Overall I would have expected a much better experience from what I had expected to be a classic US motel. I'll consider staying there again solely for the fact that it's very conveniently located for the places in the vicinity that I want to visit. On the other hand, for my next visit to the area I'll definitely be looking at other lodging.

Room were minimumly acceptable, pool was dirty and front desk wouldn’t turn pool circulation on. Breakfast was the same every day with some of the putting cold items in warming trays. Staff to busy on their phones to take care of breakfasts.

I had called a week ahead requesting the 2nd floor and 2 extra pillows. The individual who checked us in acted like they didn't get the request and i was told that there are no extra pillows. The sink was clogged, had to ask how the TV worked. The bed base is made of metal and would groan with every movement. The mattress sagged and the carpet had not been vacuumed. Customer service needs ALOT of training in courtesy and accommodating customer needs, we felt completely ignored. Now, housekeeping went above and beyond they were very accommodating and respectful, hope they're getting paid well.
