The self parking was only $25 but so poorly plowed it felt treacherous walking through the lot. The person who checked me in wrote the wrong room number down and it took me coming back 3 times before I questioned if the room number was correct. Breakfast was good great biscuits and gravy bed very uncomfortable and the room was too warm

Enjoyable and great location

Great location for sports events! Our room was nice, the bed was comfy and the bathroom was spacious. I was surprised how quiet everything was. The staff was super nice as well. Did not get a chance to try the breakfast.

I checked in 5 in the morning and asked if it was okay to checkout at 12pm instead of 11 am so I get my sleep. Person who checked me in said it was fine. However in the morning there was a different person who said I had to leave at 11am and even charged me extra $24 from the deposit.

This was a wonderful choice for our time downtown for a weekend of Target center activities. Staff was friendly and attentive. Room was clean. Not quite attached to skyway system, but connected nearby. Breakfast was better than described. Would definitely stay here again!
