Lobby. Always clean and fresh smelling. Constantly see staff moving around. Smiling and greeting. Free breakfast was very good. Loved the variety. If you didn’t like the hot food you could go for a bagel or toast. Loved the option of chocolate milk, you don’t see that too much. Bed, very springy, clean and comfortable. The AC unit was a BEAST which I love! Bathroom was great! Nice amenities. Toilet seat a little loose. Water pressure in the shower was ok. Room was very clean. Television was AMAZING, BUT actual tv was on a slight delay which was a little unsettling. Possibly an HDMI issue or satellite antenna issue.

Night shift rocks!

This hotel staff goes above and beyond! The lady shuttle drivers are amazingly helpful and knowledgeable about the area. They were willing to shuttle me to another hotel where my conference was. Lada and Juan, the nightshift staff are especially wonderful! I just can’t imagine other hotel staff doing what they do. Keep up the good job!!!

Great bed!

Clean room and comfortable bed. My two main priorities. Would be nice to have an extra wall plug or two next to the bed. Laptop, cellphone, CPAP machine etc

Great stay.

Amazing staff - made more omelets at my niece’s request, tolerated guest rudeness about breakfast closing (at 10am!) well. Just really great staff. Also liked the pool hours (6-10 kids 6-11 adults) and late breakfast hours since our flight was delayed. Rooms were worn but comfortable beds and showers, and good price. Would definitely stay again.
