There were no problems other than the guy at the front desk never relayed information to us. My husband ordered pizza/pop from Domino's for delivery. ALL information was placed correctly along with our room number by use of phone app. He waited down in lobby and by 1:30 am driver didnt show up. So my husband finally went back to the room. Not long afterwards our order was delivered. The front desk Never called up to our room, and like i say room number was right on there. A few hours later my husband went down to lobby checked at front desk and informed yes there was an order but being it sat out "the front desk guy" had just thrown it away(or so he says)!! But had the nerve to ask my husband if we still wanted the 2 liter bottle of pop that came with the pizza. "Thats a no brainer, of course my husband had already paid for it all"!!! So now I and my husband are out of this money which was already paid for and Should Never Have Happened. Its not Domino's fault. The delivery person followed through on their end. Your employee Needs to reimburse us for throwing or eating the pizza. This employee should not be working by himself. Needs to be written up. How can you trust a person like this? Youre supposed to be able to trust!! #2) Little more variety in your breakfast. Though the staff lady working the breakfast area was very friendly and helpful

I had reserved a King room but was offered an accessible room having been told that was all that was available even though I was confirmed for a standard King. The parking lot was full because this hotel handles long-term parking for people flying out of the airport. I had to park at the courtyard hotel next-door and walked through a snowbank to get to the reception desk. Staff were pleasant, but not completely competent with how to handle the situation.

Clean room, nice thick towels, good pressure on the shower, the staff was amazingly friendly from Priscilla at check in to the woman working the breakfast buffet. I'll definitely be staying at this hotel again if I ever need to be in this area.

Staff was great but the rooms weren’t clean, we found garbage by one of the beds in one of our two rooms. The key cards stopping working many times in BOTH of our rooms and they charge for parking. Absolutely ridiculous.

Front desk check in was great. The person checking me in was so incredibly nice! However, the room still had trash in it, a dirty facecloth and hair on the floor(not sure it was vacuumed). The cleaning staff was so loud early in the morning. There was no sleeping passed 7:30. We stayed two days and no one brought us new towels. The room was big and comfortable, but the above issues were hard to over look.

Room was clean but a tad outdated. Staff was excellent and friendly until our departure day…she was kind of rude when we requested a ride to the airport via the shuttle. Parking onsite became a problem with limited spaces but the front desk was always accommodating and provided us a place to park behind the hotel. Breakfast was great! They had various options of coffee, juices, eggs, sausage, fruit, waffles, and pastries. I will be staying here again.
