I won’t give a hotel 4 stars because of one staff member but check in was a little odd. There was a sign notifying guests that there was no hot water but it was being worked on. I asked if there is a plan if the water was not back soon. She told us we did not have to stay in the hotel but there would not be a refund. Luckily, the hot water was fixed pretty quick but that response would make me rethink staying there again. Overall, the hotel was clean and comfortable.

excellent choice if you need something close to MSP. The only downside was my stay was too short, as I had to catch the 4:30am free shuttle to make my rebooked flight. Staff at the front desk and restaurant were friendly and helpful. My sandwich was great. Room was comfy and well appointed.

Hotel layout was weird, trying to be too minimalist or something. Kind of ridiculous to charge $15/night for parking in the suburbs. Also only stayed 1 night and had our “do not disturb” sign on the door. At about 9am someone showed up asking to come in and empty garbages and strip the bed sheets or something?? Not sure what that was all about.
