I have stayed at this Marriott at least five or six times and as always I had a comfortable stay. The location is terrific, rooms are relatively big and clean, the hotel gym is above average, and the staff there is always friendly.

We used the skywalk system to get to the concert because the weather was cold and rainy. This service is wonderful and works great. However, hotels need to upgrade the mapping of the skywalks to make it more user friendly and helpful for their customers.

The staff were amazing! Each one kind and helpful. From the door man who walked us through the city center to show us Tom’s Watch Bar to the front desk staff who patiently answered all our questions. I would definitely stay here again!
