Shopping areas are within walking distance from the home. It`s about a 2-minute walk to the shopping plaza.

Food is available for purchase—breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
No Parties or Events: Strictly prohibited unless granted written permission by the owner or property manager. Small gatherings of no more than ten people are okay. This requires a $500.00 deposit fee and preapproval by the owner.

Over eight people in the home are considered a party, violating this agreement. A $2000 service fee will be charged upon checkout, and legal action will be taken if any damage occurs.

No Smoking: Smoking of any kind inside the property is strictly prohibited. A damage and cleaning fee will be charged for any evidence of smoking. $2000 service fee for violation.

21 or Older: You must be 21 or older to reserve the property. If under 21, a $500 deposit is required. Deposit will be returned based on the condition of the property.

No Moving Furniture: Do not move any furnishings. Damage caused by moving or mishandling will be charged accordingly.

Treat the space as your own, respect the property, and be mindful of future guests.

Pet Fee: $100 per pet (non-refundable)
We allow up to 1 cat or 1 dog. Additional pets must be approved in advance.
