Holiday Home 'Maison Les Hirondelles' with Shared Pool, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Children are welcome only from 12 years of age.



The modern and tastefully furnished house (built in 2019, 130 m²) with air conditioning and heating is an ideal retreat for 4 to 5 people. It features 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom on the upper floor, and a sofa bed in the living room. The first bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200 cm), while the second bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200 cm) pushed together. On the ground floor, there is a spacious and well-equipped kitchen, a dining and living area with a fireplace, and an additional bathroom with a shower and toilet. The house offers a large covered terrace, a beautiful garden with a lawn for sunbathing, and a shaded area perfect for relaxing or enjoying barbecues (gas barbecue and gas bottle available). The communal outdoor pool is open from mid-May to the end of September from 10:00 to 19:30. A large oak tree by the pool provides pleasant shade in summer.



Pets are not allowed. Smoking inside the house and events are prohibited. Beach towels are provided. Please note: Children under the age of 12 are not allowed due to the unsecured pool area; children may only use the pool under adult supervision.



The house is located on a private road on the edge of a typical Provençal village with approximately 1,600 inhabitants. A supermarket, butcher, bakeries, pub, and restaurant are within walking distance, making it an ideal starting point for hiking and cycling tours. The hosts live locally, but not in the booked house. Access to the upper floor is not barrier-free.
