Check in was a horrible experience due to a woman named Melissa who is apparently the manager. She gave me someone else's reservation and when I pointed it out to her, she started getting very nasty. Accusing me of showing up 20 minutes early before checkin time and demanding a room that faced the parking lot. I knew we were early and that was fine as we had sleds to unload. I asked for a room on the side that faced the parking lot and was told it would be 4:00. I questioned this as check in is 3:00. She then asked me why I was getting so upset with her. She then started yelling at me so everyone in the lobby could here her and said don't speak to me that way. She made me fill everything out again when I already checked in online the night before. For being a manager, she certainly doesn't know what she's doingnor how to dral with the public. It was almost like she was saying things to me on purpose to make me mad. I asked to speak to Nick and she said he's away, I'm the manager here! We have always stayed here for snowmobile season, but I will never be back as long as that rude woman is on staff and I'll never recommend this place ever again. I hope Nick the owner sees this review and does something about that horrible woman. She's a real piece of work and should not be dealing with the public!
