Was kind of warm in the room. I couldnt get the AC to work, but we got there late enough, it wasnt worth the effort. We had to be up early to leave, but it was fine.

I have asked twice with two different times that I need a first floor room. I can’t do stairs and I have told them that. If there is a fire I wouldn’t be able to get off the floors. I have told them that each time I make my reservations. They seam to put us on the upper floors anyway.

I really would like my money back for it because the heat was messed up I stayed there for two days and had to use heaters so it was a real inconvenient couldn’t get in and be comfortable at all

Pretty clean, but the room was hot. Didn't sleep well due to it. Pillows were too hard. I do like them softer, but thats a personal preference. Overall would highly recommend.

I liked our room, breakfast, pool and hot tub. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is the heating and cooling system. When we arrived the room temperature was at 83. It felt like a sauna in there. I was told that the rooms where on a central heating cooling system and was given a fan. That even if I put it on cool on thermostat it wouldnt do anything.l wish there was more that could be done. The lowest the temp got our two night stay was 75. That wasn't very comfortable for us.

Stay was great. Front office staff gentleman could have been more polite. Asked if there was a possibility of checking in early and he laughed at me. Not setting a good first impression. However, when we returned at 6 pm to check in the lady at the counter was extremely nice and polite. Our stay was great and loved the hotel. Would recommend to anyone and stay again.
