We waited over an hour for the shuttle. We chose this hotel because it had a shuttle. The desk said the shuttle driver would call when he/she arrived so we wouldn't have to stand outside. She took my number. When we called after an hour, the desk said the shuttle was waiting, so we went out to find it. Not there. We called back and the desk said driver had come and gone but because we weren't there, he left. He had not called. There were only 5-6 people in the baggage claim area right by the shuttle parking and the driver could have come to the door to check, at least. We were an hour and 15 minutes waiting so lost an hour of sleep with a 6 am flight the next day. Really bad communications.
