Relax with the whole family in this peaceful place that is now solar powered! Large bright open floor-plan with high ceilings. Heated tile bathroom floor, central air-conditioning and gas fireplace that will set you up for comfort. The hickory cabinets are filled with everything you need to serve wonderful meals. A fenced private yard with a covered deck and gas barbecue. Quiet, quality neighborhood with off street parking. A large, safe park with a playground & duck pond is a short walk away.



A suburban setting in a newer growing neighborhood. Fenced back yard with gate access for children and dogs to safely play. Covered patio for shade, barbecue cooking and entertaining on hot or rainy days. Good walking trails off street. A convenience store with fuel, golf course and drive through espresso kiosk less than 1/2 mile away.



All spaces except the garage are open to guests.

The house is only 10 minutes from MSO airport, about $18.00 Uber trip. A 8 place Ford Expedition with a new Graco 3 in 1 child seat and a baby seat are available. Coolers and bear spray also available. Message me for more details. A new high quality king bed in master suite, comfy queen memory foam in other bedrooms with lots of extra pillows. Fluffy towels, super clean hard surface floors and shaded quiet outside sitting area. Massive dining room table and island for meals or games. An ADA ramp available for wheelchair access to front entrance available upon request.
