Overall a great hotel! The room was spacious, clean, and really nice, though there were a few specific things that didn’t work great: almost all the lights on the bathroom mirror were burned out, the kitchen sink drained extremely slowly, and the blinds were very difficult to work. The area was nice, there was plenty of parking, and they have various areas for dogs to do their business with bags provided. The staff was very nice, I didn’t interact with them other than check in and check out. The biggest negative was that the side door by the stairs was open multiple times when I would exit and enter and it did not seem to lock properly, which could be a security issue.

The property is great as I have stayed there before. I was attending my daughter's wedding in Bismarck ND. I drive and Missoula is our stopping point prior to heading home to Seattle. I had some car troubles and could not make my check in. I cancelled through the virtual help. It did not get cancelled and the property would not honor a refund.

I choose my place wherever there may be one while traveling with my dog. They are very dog friendly and support the traveler with the 4 legged companion on a trip. The kitchenette in each room is a big plus because my daughter has major food allergies so we can prepare meals if needed. I’m sold on My Place as my first option of hotels while traveling.

This was definitely not my favorite hotel, but was not the worst either. Here is the good, the bad, and the ugly: The good is that the hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bad is it had a kitchen but did not have pots, pans, plates, or any other kitchen items. The ugly is the room stunk. Not sure what was the source of the smell as it did not smell like food, but it had a very unpleasant odor. On top of that, the sink would not drain as the garbage disposal had quit, so the kitchen sink was unusable. Overall, the hotel is far superior to a Motel 6. If you are looking for a clean room and comfortable bed, this will work. Just forget the whole kitchenette and bring a nose plug.
