Nice clean room..pool and breakfast area. Perfect pool area with slides and kiddie pool play area..breakfast was a good variety..Easy on/off to the freeway. My only complaint is this is obviously a kid focused hotel yet the shower did not have a hand held shower head. No tub or hand held shower makes it pretty hard to wash little ones

I booked this hotel as I was visiting my daughter and grandson and wanted to have a really special and fun visit. Every single employee of this hotel was short, rude, condescending and made you feel like you were interrupting them or distracting them from whatever it was they were doing. I flew in from Seattle and our entire vacation was going to this hotel to have an adventure and hang out. I will definitely look for other options in the future. I dont care how busy your hotel is or whatever else is going on you don’t treat your guests like inconveniences…they won’t come back.
