In order to open our door to the room you would have to hit it hard, using your hip, took several attempts to finally open, happened every time we came back to our room. Breakfast was not very appealing, coffee was good. Pool area was dark, looked closed, jets in hot tub barely worked. No ice, all ice machines were broken, they did provide bottled water, not cold, sat on counter. Will not stay here ever again. Waste of money.

Hotel is located close drive to everything with some walkable dining/drinking nearby. Some great diners and coffee shops downtown so don't waste your time on the breakfast - it's not the best.

Room’s air conditioning had been obviously leaking onto the floor for a while, as the room had a very musty odor. Upon notifying the front desk, I was told that there weren’t any other rooms available. The person working the desk came up to inspect and acknowledged the problem like it was new and asked if we had turned the air conditioning down all the way, as if that’s what caused it. Offered to have maintenance dry the floor (which never happened while we were there) but did not offer any other solutions or compensation. A poor experience.
