AMAZING

Absolutely beautiful. The most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. It was like sleeping on a cloud. Extremely clean. Cannot wait to stay there again.

Great comfortable rooms with small kitchenette but the only down side is there are no pots and pans, plates or silverware. Other than that it was a comfortable stay and very clean

Not a bad place to stay

Had not stayed at this brand of hotel before, but was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and it had a full size refrigerator, a microwave and range. There were no kitchen supplies, so unsure what could be done unless you had prepared and were aware of the limitations. Major complaint was no ice. I was instructed to turn on the ice maker in the refrigerator. So had to wait 2 hours for ice, and then would drop waking us up at night. Unsure why they can’t have ice on one floor to use once you arrive.

Poorly stocked

Beautiful facility with all kinds of cupboards with the kitchenette. However the cupboards were completely empty! No dishes, pans, silverware to use in the kitchenette. Not even a plastic spoon. No tea bags, decaffeinated coffee or anything else. Ridiculous. Who travels with cooking equipment? Who stays in a place with an advertised kitchenette who doesn't plan on cooking? The bed was comfy and everything was clean.

Love My Place!!!

Wonderful staff - very hospitable and accommodating. Room was very clean, bed comfy and pillows comfy. I love this spot. And they are super dog friendly too! My only hesitation on this place is location…it’s quite far to down town and the best restaurants.

Rude staff

More than an hour before checkout housekeeping woke us up banging on the door shouting ‘housekeeping’. Really annoying since we arrived very late and then got almost an hour less sleep. The practice of doing that is unacceptable before check out.
