Overall disappointment.
We travel to Moab frequently (like twice a month) and usually stay in hotels in the area. This particular trip, I thought it would be fun to stay at Wolfe's. It's brand new, has a great aesthetic and I wanted to check it out. The greeting by the front desk was frosty at best, it felt more like I was bothering them than checking into a hotel I paid for. The hotel elevator floor was covered in something sticky. Bathroom door handles fell off, the bathroom shower floor was uneven, the shower door was tracked incorrectly and leaked water everywhere, the thermostat in the room was useless and we couldn't get comfortable, the advertised sauna wasn't set up, etc. We let the front desk know and essentially got a shrug and an apology.
Was the hotel beautiful? Yes.
Was the bed and linen comfortable? Yes.
Was it worth the cost of stay? No.
Will we stay there again? ... Maybe? At this point, no. But I truly hope they can find their footing since the potential is there.
