Beautiful property that was Conveniently located. It was in walking distance to great dinning options, parks and museums. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was staff. They have a very unhappy, rude bartender in their lounge. We went in two night in a row to make sure it wasn’t a fluke. She overcharges and gets offended when you point out her mistakes. She complains about other staff members in front of her customers. The hotel allows dogs. We had a dog on our floor who barked when her owners were away. I give the staff credit, they took care of it for us. Last, we had arranged for a late check out, yet the housekeeping knocked on our door multiple times starting at 0800. We told her we had a noon check out but she persisted.

The property is truly stunning and I appreciated my time there, although I encountered a few issues that affected my experience. Initially, the room I was given had a strong mildew smell that was both off-putting and raised health concerns. I had to ask for a different room. Subsequently, I was moved to a handicap-accessible room, which was not what I had originally booked. The layout and amenities were not appropriate for my needs, leading to some discomfort during my stay. For instance, I found myself doing my makeup on the floor since there was no countertop in the bathroom. Ultimately, Katie and Gabby played a significant role in making my experience enjoyable.
