This is a perfect house with a great location to relax and enjoy the outskirts of Trujillo at La Campiña de Moche. The house is brand new and gorgeous with accents of real wood. It is two floors, full American kitchen with everything you need, big dinning room, living room, seating area, two big bedrooms with balconies that fits 2 queen size bed in each room, one bathroom inside the apartment and two more right outside of the apartment. The view it is amazing because it is just in from of La Huaca Ruins where the Incas use to live from the culture Moche-Mochica. It is also 5 mins walking to La Huaca Museum. The house is fully furnished and it is a very neat house located exactly inside of a private land of acres next to a private villa own by my family. All guests are welcome to use the pool at the private villa and visit the vegetable garden and all the agriculture world this place have to show but it is upon request. As I mentioned, this apartment is located inside of a private land; therefore, very safe to walk around. If you do not prefer to cook, we have maid services that can accommodate you at extra charge. There is a lot of free parking but is you wish transportation, we can provide it at extra charge upon request too. The house it is in the outskirts of Trujillo and it is 25min to downtown due to traffic. To Huanchaco beach is 45min, 20mins to Moche.. and 20min to Delicias beach and 40 mins.
