The staff was very nice, the hotel and rooms were very clean. The rooms do need more lighting. It would have been nice to have coffee, tea and hot chocolate avaliable in the lobby 24 hours. I had to buy my own sliced bread for toast in the mornings as the hotel only provides english muffins and bagels. Not much variety for breakfast. The pool was gross, I would have preferred it to be chlorinated.

My only regret for the property is that it’s next to the freeway and the noise was difficult. And the room could use a brighter light in the couch area. But the staff was so nice, room is clean and breakfast was awesome

Turlack stayed.

The room was big, the beds were very comfortable, and the room was very big. It had two comfy queen-size beds and a very comfortable couch that turned into a bed. We only had one small problem, we arrived late at the hotel around 11pm. The A/C in the room was not working, and it was very hot. Unfortunately, the hotel was full, and there was no maintenance person to check the A/C. But we were able to open the window, and the problem was solved. The next morning, the maintenance person was able the fix the A/C before the room got hot. Other than that, our stay was great. The breakfast was delicious, they had coffee, orange juice, apple juice, a machine to make waffles, scrambled eggs, and many more breakfast items. Highly recommend this hotel.

Our stay at this hotel was unfortunately a very unpleasant experience. We were booked for one night, but that was more than enough. Upon entering the bathroom, we immediately noticed that the bathtub appeared clogged. Even worse, it was clear that someone had vomited in there previously — a horrifying sight to be met with after a long journey. The situation escalated when I tried to turn on the shower. Instead of clean water, the pipes pushed out remnants of the vomit, making it clear that the drainage system was completely blocked. The shower curtain was also visibly dirty and clearly had not been cleaned between guests. It was extremely unhygienic and unacceptable for any hospitality standard. Due to the condition of the bathroom, we were unable to use the facilities at all. This made our short stay both uncomfortable and stressful. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the hygiene and plumbing issues immediately.
