Letizia is a luxury villa in Lake Como located between the towns of Moltrasio and Cernobbio, in a peaceful location with amazing lake views! This beautiful property is an historical building recently refurbished and restored in order to offer all comforts to its guests. Its location is perfect for explore thew whole lake whit its historic palaces and unique landscapes.
The villa has a wonderful private garden and large terraces in different levels facing the lake, one of the terraces feature the private swimming pool of 9x3 mt. which can be heated with extra price, the pool is equipped with elegant sunlounges, there is a covered area next to the pool with garden furniture, next to the building there is an external area with table chairs and barbeque where to organize al fresco meals. The villa has a private garage with space of 5 regular cars, there is also a charger for electric cars as well. From the garage an elevator takes to the villa level and entrance.

Letizia on its interiors covers over 570 square meters of elegance and luxury, developing in different levels plus a lake suite and can host up to 11 people, the main villa is 450 square meters and the entrance leads to the large and very bright living areas equipped with elegant sofas and arm chairs, flat screen satellite TV, spacious Dining room with wood table and chairs, good for 12 people, and a fully equipped modern style kitchen with all amenities needed complete the ground floor a guest bathroom with as well a wash and dryer.
an internal staircase takes to the first floor which feature a master bedroom with king size bed, with a balcony overlooking the lake, and a bathroom with tub; queen bedroom with access to a private terrace with lake view, and a single bedroom, these two bedrooms shares the shower bathroom in the hall.
On second floor there is a twin bedroom with a lake view, and private bathroom with tub. This floor also features a lovely terrace. Every bedroom has air conditioning, and a smart TV.

The Lake Suite is over 120 square meters and feature a large open space with living and dining area and open plan well equipped kitchen, all with amazing lake view, one queen size bedroom with lake view and a private shower room, and a twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower. each room has smart satellite TV, and air conditioning.
the villa features all amenities such as Sat smart TVs with Netflix streaming; Wellness area with whirlpool tub for up to 7 people, sauna, and massage room; Stereo system; internet wifi.

The villa can be rented in two optioons, only the main villa and main villa plus dependance, with two different prices. the dependance cannot be rented to other if the main villa has been booked.

Letizia is located between Moltrasio 2 km away and Cernobbio 2.5 km away guest can find all services in these two towns, Villa D’este is about 1,5 km. Como with rail station is 7 km; Milan with airport is 50 km, Lugano is 25 km.

Rental Roles:
Minimum stay 7nights, changeover day: Saturday.
Check-in: from 4pm to 7pm; Checkout: 9am Upon request and approval of the owner a late arrival is possible at the following costs:

Security deposit (Refundable):
3000,00 Euro that will be collected (in cash) on arrival and it will be returned upon departure less any charge in case of damage to the property.
