In the heart of the city center and a stone's throw from the beaches, in a beachfront residence with a swimming pool, concierge, sauna, and gym (cardio area), a 47 m² one-bedroom apartment with air conditioning and a terrace. It comprises an entrance hall, a separate fitted and equipped kitchen, a bright living room with a 140x190 cm sofa bed opening onto the terrace, a bedroom with a 190x190 cm bed also with access to the terrace, and an adjoining shower room with a toilet, washing machine, and a separate toilet. Air conditioning is provided in the bedroom and living room. A secure private parking space (standard car size) is available in the residence. WIFI, bed linen, and towels are included.
€1500 security deposit by credit card imprint only - NO PETS - NO SMOKING
Tourist tax payable in addition, according to the current Menton municipal rates.
The Jardins Bioves and Casino district in the city center is renowned for its small park, which hosts unique citrus sculptures during the annual Lemon Festival, its sunny climate, and its quality of life with shops and beaches nearby.
