100% new studio loft, with sea view and 7 minutes walk from the beach, Grimaldi Forum and the Casino of Monte Carlo.

Parking in the building is available on demand, but free of charge.
7 minutes easy walk to the beach and the Casino of Monte Carlo, with a balcony, some sea view, air conditioning, heating, elevator, parking (extra fee), WIFI, smart TV. New bed of 160 X 200 cm, a dining area, a seating area, and a kitchen with fridge, freezer, cooking plates, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, and washing machine. Towels, bed linen, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and coffee (Nespresso) for the first day are provided. Parking is possible depending on availability: ask us if available and for the price.

Whenever you leave the apartment:
Please, for safety reasons, to reduce the risk of damage, and simply to be a good green citizen, please:
- Turn off the heating or air conditioning
- Turn off all lights
- Make sure all windows are closed
- Lock the front door with the key.
General Rules:
At all times during your stay in my apartment, for your safety and that of the other residents of the building, it is mandatory to adhere to the following general rules:
1. Do not bring weapons, firearms, and dangerous and/or explosive equipment or products
2. Do not bring additional cooking equipment or electronics
3. Do not bring and/or use gas or other flammable materials. All types of barbecues are strictly prohibited Candles are strictly prohibited
4. Do not bring illegal substances/drugs
5. Drinking inside the building and in the apartment is strictly prohibited, moderately.
6. Manufacturing of any kind is strictly prohibited
7. Respect the quiet time from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Many thanks for your cooperation.
