Very central, this apartment has a view of the Biovès gardens, so it should be noted that it overlooks a busy street with traffic although the windows are fitted with high-performance glass. A sleeping area separated by a partition allows you a little privacy. You are therefore close to the highlights of Menton, the Casino, shops and the beach.

You will have access to the entire apartment

The apartment is located on the first floor of a residence with an elevator and has been fully renovated to offer a comfortable and functional living space.

Upon entering, you are welcomed by a simple and well-organized entrance, leading to a separate renovated toilet and a modern bathroom fitted with a walk-in shower and quality materials, combining comfort and practicality.

You will then discover a spacious living area, cleverly designed and partially separated from the sleeping area by an artist’s studio-style partition, creating a pleasant sense of space while maintaining privacy. The sleeping area features a comfortable double bed, ideal for restful nights.

There is no private parking with the apartment and as said above, parking on the street is paid with a parking meter.

The apartment does not have a parking lot. You will therefore have to park in the surrounding streets or at the nearest public car park. Please note that all the spaces on Rue de Menton are paid with a parking meter.

A set of bed linens and towels is provided per person during your stay and are included in the cleaning fee. An arrival kit awaits you to allow you to start your vacation. this kit includes: small soaps and shampoos, coffee, rolls of toilet paper and trash bags.
