Located a few meters from the Casino and 5 minutes from the beaches, you can move around on foot from this modern and bright apartment. This one is very comfortable with air conditioning, fitted kitchen, Wifi, television, bathroom and renovated separate toilet. A bedroom area also allows you to sleep in a real bed.

Very central, this apartment has a view of the Biovès gardens, so it should be noted that it overlooks a busy street with traffic although the windows are fitted with high-performance glass. A sleeping area separated by a partition allows you a little privacy. You are therefore close to the highlights of Menton, the Casino, shops and the beach.
You will have access to the entire apartment
The apartment is located on the first floor of a residence with an elevator and has been fully renovated to offer a comfortable and functional living space.
Upon entering, you are welcomed by a simple and well-organized entrance, leading to a separate renovated toilet and a modern bathroom fitted with a walk-in shower and quality materials, combining comfort and practicality.
You will then discover a spacious living area, cleverly designed and partially separated from the sleeping area by an artist’s studio-style partition, creating a pleasant sense of space while maintaining privacy. The sleeping area features a comfortable double bed, ideal for restful nights.
The living room is tastefully furnished with a sofa, a TV unit, a television, and storage space for your personal belongings. Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment, making it suitable for both leisure and business stays.
A large bay window opens onto the Biovès Gardens, providing a bright and relaxing atmosphere and a lovely view throughout the day.
The apartment also includes a brand-new kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances, ample storage, and all the necessary comforts. A dedicated dining area allows you to enjoy meals in a pleasant and functional setting.
