Great location downtown. Having Baton Rouge for room service is great. Extremely clean. Only complaint is that the rooms are dated and seemed stuffy/stale air.

I really enjoyed my stay. I would have given the hotel a 5 star however the air conditioner was an issue. It would blow ( extremely fast on low fan) out really cold air ( for a short time) and then shut off. Then it would get stifling hot before it would go through the same process. Overnight, it never came on at all. This is my second time staying at the hotel and the air conditioner did the same thing. Other then the above, the hotel was clean, beds were comfy, staff were amazing and the hotel is nice and close to the Avenir Center.

We were taking in a show at the Capitol - perfect location. Barely a 5 minute walk. Parking is great, and hotel was very clean, and room was a good size. Comfortable beds, and great black our blinds!
