The Quality Inn is always a good bang for your buck. Friendly staff, clean and a good breakfast. The pool area is starting to look a little dated.

We did not have a good experience here. For one, every time I went by the front desk there were staff standing there talking and often being vulgar and swearing. The gluten free options for breakfast weren’t good (just soggy eggs and yogurt) so I had to find other food after. The coffee looked like tea and was way too weak. But the main problem was the loudness of the room. I slept maybe three hours one night as the air conditioner and the mini fridge were both so so loud. It was honestly a very disappointing and expensive mistake.

It was a nice stay except for the pool, it was dirty looking and so hot in the pool area it was hard on the breathing. Love the idea of the free breakfast however the food was not the greateat. It was ao hot on the hallways of the floors and in the elevator as well. Not sure if it wasn't working properly or not, it was 42 while we were there so i imagine it couldnt quite keep up.

normally we have had good results here however a non working tv made stay very unpleasant.We only stayed one night,the tv repair guy was only svailable to fix cable on monday after we left.Staff did send two different people,even changed battery to try.

This hotel is run down and dirty. Unfortunately We stayed there for 2 nights. One of the beds was completely broken. The box spring frame was snapped in half and when you laid on the bed it sank in the middle It was so uncomfortable my 15 year old son slept on the floor the second night. We asked for another room but they refused and they didn't have cots. When we told the staff about the bed they didn't offer anything just said ' I'll add it to my list". The sink in the bathroom was clogged and wouldn't drain. The pool was small and the water was cloudy. The hot tub had a yellow ring around the water line. My kids took one look at the pool and walked away. I can't believe I spent over $400 for 2 nights at this dive.

Confused by the great reviews

My girlfriend and I booked our 5 night stay at this hotel after reading all the good reviews on Hotels.com Upon approaching the front desk, we were not greeted by an employee, but rather a sign detailing all the stipulations in which guests could not receive compensation for their bookings. Just not the most encouraging sight. When we entered our room, we were quick to realize that we were given a double bed instead of a queen. At the front, we were told that “these are our queen beds.” Okay. They also told us they were fully booked for the night, so we had no choice. Our duvets also had bloodstains on them, which wasn’t pleasant. Also, how is the only towel rack in the washroom, immediately above the toilet? As a family-oriented hotel, the staff was nice, area was safe and the hotel had a pool, which families and young kids seemed to really enjoy. But the positives don’t go much further than that. The hallways always had a strange, musty smell to it at all times and the breakfast was complimentary, but I found I lost my appetite often quicker than i became full. Potatoes tasted (and looked) like cardboard, bread could’ve been from a museum, and the eggs were cold and spongy. Some of the worst hotel breakfast I’ve had in a long time. Silver lining, the room had a good fridge and microwave. Great for reheating leftovers. The AC fan was great though. All in all, there’s another quality inn closer to the airport. Thinking we should have tried that instead.
