I asked for a late check out when I arrived and they said I would need to call on the day of departure to see if they could accommodate. I phoned at 730am and they said they definitely couldn't and made it seem like they never can do a late check out due to the housekeeping staff not liking it.

Great check in and staff. Very popular hotel was on same floor as a kids hockey team that was quite active during wake hours. Could hear them having fun. In hall and rooms. However during quiet hours it was very nice. Uses dove products in bathroom and great free breakfast. Why stay anywhere else ?
