This charming four-bedroom, two-bathroom home is nestled back in a calm cove and is located close to Bridgewater Plaza, several local restaurants, and the grocery store.

As you enter this beautiful home, you will find a well-equipped kitchen with plenty of space and seating, plus all your basic needs for your vacation cooking desires! Grab a book or a cup of coffee and enjoy the morning sunrise while sitting out on the screened porch, or have a meal on the deck at the picnic table that overlooks the gorgeous views of the lake. It is the best of both worlds! The living room and dining area provide plenty of seating and activities the whole family can enjoy - have a family game night or movie night on the TV! Three bedrooms and a full bathroom complete this level.

The fourth bedroom is upstairs. Downstairs, you will find a second family room with a TV, an air hockey table, and two futons. Walking outside from the lower level, you will find a porch swing and a patio table to enjoy the outdoors. This home sits on a gently sloped lot and has easy access to the water. The spacious dock provides plenty of room to enjoy the lake and has room for one boat at the floater. There is a kayak and canoe for use as well.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
