TD Casale Donna Madia Sea View Pool Over Vineyard

Donna Madia is a typical Apulian farmhouse, set in a natural environment ideal for a relaxing holiday without sacrificing design.
The residence is located in a dominant position on a vineyard owned by the property, from which excellent wine is produced, with wide views of the sea and the surrounding countryside.
A gate gives access to the property with convenient private parking, followed by a well-kept ornamental garden with Mediterranean plants and lawn, surrounds the house and welcomes the infinity pool of mt (4x10) equipped with a solarium area from which to admire the view. Outdoor stone shower at the pool's disposal.
A door leads to the dining room with vaulted stone ceilings and an original chianca floor, where we find a large table. In an alcove there is the kitchen equipped with every convenience: induction hob, large oven, sparkling and natural purified water system, coffee machine.  In a second alcove there is a wine refrigerator and finally a storage room. Below is a living room with sofas, TV, fireplace and a bathroom. A door leads to the sleeping area with four double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. Every detail is taken care of, the rooms all have a corner with a desk, mini fridge and direct access to the outside. On this floor there is a further bathroom, also with direct access to the outside, serving the pool and outdoor spaces.
Donna Madia is located in one of the most beautiful quarters of Monopoli, for its particular view of the countryside and the sea, while remaining close to the town centre, from which it is only 6 km away. Monopoli is the nearest town; here you will find large supermarkets and pharmacies, as well as a lively historic centre by the sea with small restaurants and excellent typical cuisine to enjoy. A 10 km drive also takes you to Polignano a mare, and not far away are other places of interest such as Alberobello, Castellana Grotte and more. The nearest airport is Bari, 45 km away. 
Despite the presence of Wi-Fi, the connection, as it is not fibre-optic, will be slower than with urban networks.

Online check-in is mandatory: it is free and can be done up to the day before arrival. If this is not done, € 55.00 will be charged (check in fee).

To avoid penalties, it is essential to dispose of waste correctly at the end of your stay. If you prefer not to take care of this operation yourself, you can use our waste disposal service, with an agent who will do it for you at a cost of €70.00.

Online check-in is mandatory: it is free and available until the day before your arrival. A penalty of 55,00 € will be charged if you the online check-in will not be closed before arrival.
Please note: Self-check-in instructions are sent to the guest's personal email address, which will be requested after booking. A physical check-in is available for a fee of €55.00.
3. Check-out time: 10:00 am.
4. At check-in time you will have to pay the Monopoli tourist city tax of 2,00 € per person per night.
5. extra linen: 25,00 € per person.
6. Baby cot and high chair: 50,00 € per stay. It is possible to provide a cot and high chair on request at a cost of eur 50 (the cost does not change if you request only the cot or only the high chair).
7. After booking, customers will be asked to register on our site, entering the required details and signing a lease, as required by Italian law.
8. Extra midweek cleaning: €30.00 per hour per cleaner.

Guests are kindly asked not to feed stray animals or allow them to enter the house.Any damage to persons or property resulting from failure to comply with this request will be considered the guests’ responsibility.
