LOI20 – Apt Grecale is a second floor apartment located in a recently built condominium in a houses complex far from the historical center, about 2km away from the center of Monopoli. The accommodation has a living room with sofa and equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, reserved parking space, cooling floor with ducted dehumidifier and Wi-Fi. Outside there is a large veranda for the private use of guests and an external area common to the residential complex. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people and is ideal for families and those who have a car and are looking for comfortable, new and functional accommodation for their holiday.

The condominium has a large common outdoor area where there is a children's play area and reserved parking spaces. LOI20 – Apt Grecale is located on the second floor and it is accessed via an external staircase or lift.

The house consists of a spacious living room equipped with a sofa and a kitchen equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave oven, fridge, sink, dishwasher and table with chairs. The living room leads to the large veranda, where there is an outdoor table and chairs, ideal for outdoor lunches and dinners and a storage room with washing machine.

The living room leads to the two sleeping areas. On the left we find two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, and a bathroom with shower. On the right there is a second double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
