Casa Mortella B is a graceful apartment that is part of an ancient manor house. It sleeps four people. From Casa Mortella B you will have a lovely view of the greenery and of the swimming pool. Casa Mortella B is 70 square meters (750 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private garden, underfloor cooling (effect similar to air conditioning), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 10 km (6.2 miles) from Jesi, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant, a grocery store and the bus stop at 2.1 km (roughly 1.3 miles) and the closest beach (Marzocca beach) at 13 km (roughly 8 miles).
Casa Mortella B is located on the ground floor of the building. You will reach it from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Casa Mortella B you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises.

The swimming pool is 6.5 meters (21 feet) large by 15 meters (50 feet) long, up to 1.4 meters (4.6 feet) deep. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a lovely view of the Marche hills and of the greenery. You will share the pool with guests staying at 5 other apartments. The swimming pool is open from mid-May until the end of October.
Patio
The patio is 200 square meters (2150 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola. It is equipped with tables and chairs. Here you will also find a portable barbecue, as well as a bathroom which is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. From the patio you will enjoy a view of the greenery and of the surrounding hills. You will share the patio with the other guests staying at the complex.
Garden
The garden is 3500 square meters (37700 square feet). It is partly shaded by a gazebo and by awnings. The garden is equipped with a sofa and two armchairs. The garden is shared with the other guests staying at the complex.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the patio. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal. You will share the laundry room with the other guests staying at the complex. Garden
The garden is 70 square meters (750 square feet). It is equipped with a table, chairs and two deck chairs. From the garden you will have a view of the swimming pool and of the patio.
Living Room
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams and terracotta tiles. The furnishings are warm and welcoming, and include an armchair and a divan that unfolds into a double bed (140 cm/55 inches). In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite smart TV. From the living room you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. The room has a high window, as well as a high window. It is equipped with underfloor cooling.
Bedroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a king-size bed (180 cm/71 inches). The room has a window, and it's equipped with underfloor cooling.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, an open shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom through an access area.
