The accommodation does not have a TV and washing machine.
My washing machine can be made available on request and according to my availability.
There is no extra cleaning fee.
The maintenance of the accommodation is your responsibility. The necessary for the maintenance is provided.
If you do not want to carry out maintenance, a cleaning fee can be offered for 40 €. Thank you for informing me upon your arrival.
The linen is provided from 4 nights. The bed will be made upon arrival and all the linen at your disposal (2 towels per person, tea towels, floor mats).
For stays of less than 4 nights, linen can be provided for a fee of 16 €.

- In the bedroom: a 160 cm bed with duvet and 4 pillows, a desk and a dressing area
- In the bathroom: a walk-in shower, a separate toilet, a washbasin with mirror and a hair dryer.
- In the kitchen: independent kitchen including a pyrolysis oven, a induction hob 3 burners, a dishwasher, a fridge and a small freezer, a microwave, dishes for the oven, stove and pan and all the necessary crockery. ..
Bedroom 2: Studio 1 room
- In the bedroom: a bed 140 cm with duvet and 3 pillows, storage of linen in the furniture
- In the bathroom: a shower a vanity unit with mirror and a separate toilet
- In the kitchen: kitchen in the studio including a induction hob 3 burners, a fridge and a small freezer, a microwave
The whole to realize the maintenance of the housing is at your disposal (broom, vacuum cleaner, bucket, products ...)
A WIfI and wired RJ 45 internet connection, English plug adapter and USB port is at your disposal.
