I booked a room with two beds. Without my authorization, they moved us to a room with one-bed and a terrible pull out sofa bed. The sofa bed would not even go completely flat and the mattress felt like a sponge. I complained with the staff about each of the issues and they just said they couldn't help. Also, when I got there, they told me there was a $75 pet fee, which is not stated during the reservation process. I would not have made this reservation if I would have known it was really only one bed or that the price would have been so high.

Amazing

Our family stayed at this location for one night because we had a short trip but we had an amazing experience. We really liked the large room and everything included. We were able to do an early check in and the kids enjoyed the pool. Will definitely stay here again. Great staff.
