A 700 sq. ft, new, beautiful one bedroom unit in a peaceful and centrally-located place with easy access to Hwy 1, Pebble Beach, Carmel-by-the-Sea, Fisherman's Wharf, Monterey Bay Aquarium and many local attractions. The unit is an accessory dwelling unit with off-street parking and private entrance. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay including a full size kitchen, all cooking supplies, a washer and dryer, and cable TV. The city of Monterey requires that we only rent once during a 30 day period... so you can stay for less time but we have to block out the entire month.
During your stay at this guesthouse, you'll be within walking distance of 17-Mile Drive. Laundry facilities are available.
