Keep noise levels low, especially after 10:00 PM; a fine will be applied from the first warning.

Parties are prohibited, as well as walking outside the apartment with open alcoholic beverages.
A fee will be charged for towels and/or sheets if they become stained, whether due to makeup or any other substance.
Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited.
Park only in the designated space.
Turn off the air conditioning units when leaving the apartment.
Pets are not allowed. In the case of service animals, documentation must be provided.
Leave the keys and/or access cards in the place indicated by the host.
An additional charge will apply if electricity usage exceeds the allowed limit.

Common areas of the building must be respected; the guest will be financially responsible for any damage.

FINES

Violating any of the rules in both regulations or being fined by the building management due to inappropriate behavior may result in fines starting from $2,000 MXN.

Damage and/or loss of bed linens, furniture, or inventory: Replacement or repair cost + 25% management fee.

Additional cleaning due to excessive dirt, spills on fabrics, and/or smoking inside the property: Starting from $1,500 MXN.

Property damage: Cost of materials + labor cost + cost of nights that had to be blocked for repairs.

Loss of keys and/or access cards: Replacement or repair cost + 25% management fee.

Loss of keys and/or access cards will incur a standard replacement fee of $500 MXN.
