The hotel is amazing. Try Aromali restaurant at the entrance of the hotel. Press "I" in the elevators going to the garage. Ask for Alen he speak english and is very helpful. Don't be afraid to ask to cook your food a certain way. They aim to please.

This hotel is one of my favorites. We travel to the area at least once a month and always stay here. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Conveniently located with shops, restaurants, parks all around walking distance.

Pleasantly stressed by how well equipped the room was, most of what was needed to cook and close by from place to get whatever you might need, albeit not walking… breakfast was quite good and overall conditions of the property were quite nice. There was one person who made the experience exceptional, her name is Nicte and she displayed exceptional customer focus, made me feel right at home, this should be the standard.

The property is very clean and in a very nice neighborhood with beautiful views to the Sierra Madre. The breakfast is excellent especially if you have it in the balcony area. We have stayed here multiple times and definitely love it and recommend it.

After a medical procedure they had everything I needed. Hospital is few minutes drive great location.
