The staff saves the property. They are courteous and take care of things in a timely manner. However the property is run down. The toilet wasn't clean, the sink was clogged, the blind was stuck, someone had to come in and fix it, and the curtains were all ragged.

OMG shuttle service it's a nightmare 1 hour and 20 minutes since I call them to get yo my hotel, you shouldn't advertise shuttle service this is ridiculous, the hotel is what you pay next time I better pay little more for a better and faster shuttle
