Montesilvano is one of the most loved seaside destinations on the Abruzzo coast thanks to its long sandy beaches, family-friendly sea and proximity to Pescara.

An important note about the building
For transparency towards our guests, we would like to specify that the condominium building still has external scaffolding and unfinished façade areas due to renovation works that were interrupted when the Italian “Superbonus” incentive programme was suspended. Therefore, the exterior appearance of the building does not reflect the quality of the apartment interiors, which have been recently and completely renovated.

The apartment itself is new, well maintained and fully functional, and the scaffolding does not affect the comfort of the stay. There are no workers or construction noise, as the renovation works have been stopped for some time. Many guests appreciate the excellent balance between comfort, location and panoramic views that the apartment offers.
