As a Marriott member, I was very disappointed with my stay. The television in the front sitting area did not work, and several drawers in the room were broken. While the staff was courteous and professional, the condition of the room did not meet the standards I expect from a Marriott hotel.

The TV wasn't working properly. The staff did try to fix it but we were unable to change the channel. Also the bed was situated on the shortest wall in the room and the TV was on an adjacent wall but we couldn't see it from the bed. Very strange set up!

Great location. Staff at check in was a liar. She put us in a room that the tv didnt work. She offered to move us but we were already settled in the room. She offered to take a tiny amount off our stay but said she couldnt because we booked through expedia. So then she gave us two breakfast tickets for in the morning knowing good and well the bistro was closed for Christmas Day. I told her to go check to make sure they were open the next morning and she left and came back and said they were. Not only did she lie to us but she just wanted to go back to scrolling on her phone at the front desk!
