Went to check-in desk, I said good evening to the lady, all she stated back, are you checking in. I stated yes, gave her the info she needed. Then went to room was dirty, the beds were were torn up, pillow in floor, tv was on and someone was in the bathroom. I easily shut the door and return to the office to let lady know. Was put in another room, that was raggedy, falling apart and dirty. Unacceptable.

Don't stay at this hotel

I had mold in my room so the man at the front desk changed the room to another room but it still had the same smell and a cigarette smell and I had a non-smoking room. My family didn't have a choice we got to the hotel late so we couldn't find another hotel

Not staying here again

Get to the room and close the door and see light coming through and light coming coming through at the AC unit. Bed a one thin mattress on a metal frame. Water coming up through the tile from the AC unit. Get to room after work one day and smells like someone was smoking weed in my room

The facility was ok...but general manager and the front desk that checked us in was flat out rude and had no service skills. In fact this was the worst motel 6 that I have ever stayed at ..in terms of customer service

My stay was fine until the last day. It was 10:15 am. I was getting things ready so that I could check out. I went to my vehicle and came back the housekeeper was at the door waiting I guess until I came back to the room. I asked him was everything ok and he said, "You know check out time is at 11." His voice tone was smart and I could not understand why he was there ready hound me about leaving. This encounter was the worst part of my trip on the last day. He pretty much stood around until I left. It was not even 10:30 yet. I get that checkout time is 11 but the housekeepers should not be hounding about check out being 11 when it's not even 11 plus I was already getting my things together to leave

Baby it’s cold inside

This makes our second time staying at this location. Both times we were placed in a room with the heating/ac unit without any knobs. Pliers were needed to turn it on. They don’t have any and said that the maintenance guy wouldn’t be in until the next morning. They didn’t try to accommodate us by moving us to another room. We slept in the cold because we were only staying for one night. And we had to ask for wash cloths because they only had one in the room.
