Come and discover Montignac-Lascaux, a charming village located on the banks of the Vézère river, in the heart of a natural setting, typical of the valley. You can stay in this stone house full of character, which can accommodate up to six people, ideal for a stay with family or friends. You will appreciate the subtle blend of ancient charm, with its exposed beams in the living room, and modern touches that bring the comfort of the home.
A real asset of the house: a swimming pool almost on the roofs, an intimate and pleasant space where you can relax and refresh yourself at any time of the day.
You can enjoy a terrace area, ideal for enjoying your meals al fresco. A barbecue is also available for gourmet and convivial moments.

You can access the house through the garage. Going up the stairs, you will discover the fully equipped kitchen, including an oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, Senseo coffee maker, dishwasher, and all the utensils needed to cook. You will also find a shower room and a separate toilet.
To access the living room, all you have to do is go up a short flight of stairs. The living room has a sofa, a television and a stove to keep you warm during the winter. You will also find the dining room and the terrace.
The first bedroom is accessible by another staircase and is equipped with a queen size bed (160x200). On the top floor, you will find the other two bedrooms: one with a double bed (140x200) and the other with a king size bed (180x200). The second shower room is also upstairs.
Access to the pool is also via stairs. Unfortunately, this house is not suitable for young children or people with reduced mobility due to its numerous stairs.
