Sehr schlechter Service. 3 Stunden Wartezeit!

Wir sind um 14:10 angekommen. Die check in sollte laut Reservierung zwischen 14:00 und 21:00 sein. Weder die Rezeption war belegt noch das Check in Automat hat funktioniert. Da stand lediglich ein Zettel an der Rezeption dass sie ab 17:00 Uhr belegt wÀre. Wir haben fast 3 Stunden gewartet. Keine war in der Lage Englisch zu sprechen Selbst hotel Managerin, die Tag danach kam, konnte auch kein Englisch. Alle haben behauptet es wÀre normal, dass man warten muss. Vorsicht sehr schlechte Service!!!!

J'avais pas vu sur le descriptif mais pas de clim Ă  l'hĂŽtel pourtant situĂ© dans une zone de bord de mer et en plein Ă©tĂ©. MĂȘme pas de ventilo non plus. Ouverture des fenĂȘtres impossibles Ă  cause des moustiques qui pullulent, 2 prises de courant sur le bureau Ă  2,5m de la tĂȘte de lit...
