We liked the restaurant but hours were not always convenient. The pool closed early and was not heated. It was a long ways from anywhere and instead of looking like a resort it reminded us of Tijuana, Mexico.

Pro: Nice area and swimming pool. Friendly staff Cons: - super dirty, no one cleaned before we arrived. Ants in the kitchen. They sprayed the ants and then we had to remind 4 days in a row to clean the mess. - spiders and spider web everywhere - they don't check equipment - electric kettle didn't turn off. - not enough power sockets around the house to charge equipment - no towels, you have to rent them! Ridiculous - nice communication, very friendly - but you have to remind them 25 times if you need something - the kitchen is old and awful - the air conditioning is only in one room - and it was leaking - on the pictures they don't show, that the bathrooms are inside the bedroom - very impractical - very hot on the second floor, no conditioning - and they didn't offer fans, until we actually asked

Stedet er vurderet af de fleste som “godt” og mere kan stedet heller ikke svinge sig op på. Det er slidt og generelt lidt nusset alle steder. Personalet er flinke. Vi havde booket til 4 personer i et “hus”, hvor to af sovepladserne var på sovesofa. Sovesofaen var så elendig at sove på, at vi begge endte med massive rygsmerter. Vi blev, da vi klagede, uden ekstra udgift flyttet til en “Villa”, med rigtige senge til alle. Det hjalp både på humøret og smerterne. Villaen var i betydelig bedre stand end det hus, vi startede ud med, men stadig slidt. Ifht. slutrengøring, så er det svært at se, hvordan man skal kunne gøre hus/villa rent selv, da der kun udleveres en svamp, gulvklud, gulvskrubbe og kost og meget lidt rengøringsmiddel og fx ikke noget til at gøre badeværelset rent med. Generelt er informationen sparsomt. Fx forventningen til slutrengøringen, indstilling af Aircondition mm og meget lidt står på andet end fransk. Stedet er lidt afsides. Det fungerede dog fint for os. Det ligger placeret mellem Montpellier og Seté. Begge byer ligger Max 20-25 minutter væk. Indkøb er 5 minutter væk i bil. Hvis man er ok med beliggenheden og ønsker et forholdsvis billigt sted med pool, kan stedet anbefales, men brug de ekstra penge og undgå at leje husene, og lej en villa i stedet. Den ekstra plads og de rigtige senge er de ekstra penge værd.

NEGATIV: Das angebotene Frühstück war/ist eine Katastrophe Fliegengitter am Fenster im Badezimmer ist kaputt. Eingangsbeleuchtung defekt. Teils Schmutz von den Vormietern vorhanden. Geschirr und Besteckausstattung für 8 Personen, wofür das Haus ausgelegt ist, sehr mangelhaft wie z.B. 1 Messer, kein Brotmesser vorhanden, 5 Kaffeelöffel. In der Bratpfanne würde ich nichts mehr zubereiten. Wasserkocher defekt. Türgriff an der Toilette defekt. Mussten am Tag der Anreise alles erst einmal spülen, da die Gläser mit dem Trinkrand am Schrankboden geklebt waren. Untere Toilette mussten wir erst reinigen, Haare und Schmutz vom Vormieter. Esstisch defekt und wackelt um 3-5cm so dass dieser jederzeit kippt. Einige Fensterläden lassen sich nur mit Gewalt schließen. Bei Ankunft 2 Transportwägen für die Koffer etc. vorhanden, um diese an die Unterkunft zu bekommen und diese waren defekt. Licht an der Treppe zum oberen Stockwerk defekt. Handtücher kosten extra, Endreinigung kostet extra, Frühstück kostet extra, Grill kostet extra, keine Seife vorhanden, 2 Toiletten aber nur 1ne Rolle Toilettenpapier vorhanden, 1 Geschirrtuch. Oberer Wohnbereich extrem warm und ohne Klima und bei offenem Fenster wird man von Mücken zerstochen, da kein oder teilweise nur Fetzen von Fliegengitter vorhanden ist. Der Besen für die Reinigung war total verschmutzt. Bodenwischer vorhanden, aber kein Eimer und kein Reinigungsmittel. Betten müssen selber bezogen werden. POSITIV: Viel Platz, große Räume, schöner Pool

Bij aankomst bleek ons huisje veel kleiner dan verwacht. Dit is goed opgelost door de behulpzame receptie medewerkers. Het park zelf is gedateerd en heeft echt een opknapbeurt nodig. In het huisje een kleine keuken met 2 kookplaten zonder afzuigkap en de rookmelder op 1 meter afstand. Niet handig. Ook weinig keukenspullen aanwezig.

Vacances en famille

Le personnel sur place est très accueillant, très sympa, hyper réactif. Les logements ( 2 ont été testés) sont convenables pour une résidence de vacances, gros problème de conception au niveau de la climatisation qui est inexistante à l’étage Encore quelques ajustements et tout sera parfait
