Great location

This was the perfect location to experience the old city. The rental is one level up from the street so it felt airy and lively with the windows open with no issue for privacy with people not being able to see inside. We thought there would be noise but the glass door for the bedroom is soundproof. We had a great stay and would rent again!

Perfect location

Small but perfectly formed apartment in a stunning central location. Etienne was a great host. Communication was superb. Really enjoyed our stay in Montpellier.

Cozy apartment in great location

Lovely apartment, small but well suited for a small family. Upstairs bedroom tricky for small children to climb up stairs, but my older children did just fine. Great location in cute neighborhood in the center of Montpellier. Bring earplugs as you are directly across from a church with bells that ring. But it’s a lively spot near restaurants and transportation. I would highly recommend.

Marvelous Montpellier

Communication with Etienne throughout the process—from start to finish was superb. He was very responsive and helpful. The apartment featured simple/stylish furnishings, all the comforts of home, and a terrific view. It was easy to pretend that we were Montpellierans—walking to the bakery, the covered farmers market, dozens of cafes and restaurants. Indeed all attractions were right outside our door. The building is over 100 years old and oozes French charm. There is no elevator but the stairs are very wide and manageable if you can carry your bag. Montpellier is easily accessible by transit and a gem if you are seeking a time immersed in southern France—away from the bustle of other, more recognizable cities.

Perfect location in the old town

This flat has a perfect location right in the middle of the old town area. There are shops, cafes, and bars on every block surrounding the rental. The view can't be beat out the front window! We had a car and there was a parking garage about a 5 minute walk from the flat, which wasn't bad at all. We stayed while there was a heat wave and while there is an air conditioner, it did stay pretty warm in the apartment. I'm sure that isn't an issue when it's not a mid July heatwave. Everything was clean and presented nicely, and the very agreeable hosts even left us a bottle of wine! I would absolutely stay here again.
