I was initially looking forward to my stay at your hotel, but unfortunately, my experience was ruined on the last night. To my absolute shock, we found a mouse inside our room! Attached an below the video and image showing it. This is completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one that claims to offer quality service. To their credit, the reception did act quickly and moved us to another room but at 12:00 AM. Having to pack up and relocate with our sleeping daughter in the middle of the night was incredibly inconvenient, and it completely disrupted our rest. While I appreciate the effort, this should never have happened in the first place. Cleanliness and hygiene should be a top priority in any accommodation, and finding a rodent in the room clearly shows a lack of proper maintenance. I will definitely not be returning, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable stay.
